Adam Welch

Adam Welch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in beverage and park operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Beverage Manager at Legends for AT&T Stadium since September 2018, Adam oversees daily beverage operations for the Dallas Cowboys' venue. Prior to this, Adam spent over 13 years at Walt Disney World in various managerial roles, including Tour Operations Manager, where significant contributions were made to the "Rivers of Light" project and the successful rollout of My Magic+. Adam's expertise also extends to customer service enhancement and team development, demonstrated through leadership roles at both Disney and previous employment at Comfort Inn and Panera Bread. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and participated in a Study Abroad Program in China focusing on Economics.
