Carlos Teixeira

Carlos Teixeira is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Legends International in Portugal since May 2024, Teixeira previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage for the Tourism Division at The Fladgate Partnership from June 2022 to March 2024. Prior roles include F&B Champion for Portugal and Spain at IHG Southern Europe, Director of Food and Beverage at InterContinental Porto-Palacio das Cardosas, and Executive Chef at Hotel Bristol Warsaw. With a solid culinary foundation, Teixeira’s educational background includes a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, along with a Culinary and Pastry Arts degree, all from esteemed institutions in Portugal.
