Dexia Smith

Dexia Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Special Event Sales Manager at Legends since April 2024 and is actively involved as the President of the UNT Sport Entertainment Management Alumni Association. As the founder of Advocates Of Sexual Assault Awareness (AOSA) DFW, Smith leads efforts to raise awareness and funds for sexual assault survivors, organizing an annual Sexual Assault Awareness Month event. Previous experience includes roles at the Dallas Cowboys as a Corporate Partnerships Sales Associate and Corporate Partnerships Representative, as well as an Executive Assistant at Pylon 7on7 Football, where event coordination was a significant responsibility. Smith’s background also features a marketing director position for the Emmy-nominated #WASHED Series, participation in the NBA Future Sales Stars Program, and completion of an MBA in Sport Entertainment Management from the University of North Texas.
