Imani Ervins

Imani Ervins is a seasoned professional in event management and catering, currently serving as the Senior Special Events & Catering Manager at Legends, specifically at The Star, which is the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, since August 2019. Ervins' extensive experience includes roles such as Special Events and Catering Manager at Legends Hospitality at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, along with previous positions such as Premium Supervisor and Special Events and Catering Coordinator at Legends Hospitality Management. Throughout the career, Imani has successfully planned and executed over 300 private events at AT&T Stadium, managing significant revenues and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure exceptional event experiences. Imani holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University, complemented by early professional experiences in marketing and project management.
