James Burns

James Burns is an experienced professional in sports management with a strong background in partnership activation and ticket sales. Currently serving as the Partnership Activation Manager for the Fredericksburg Nationals since November 2019, James focuses on maintaining relationships with existing partners and recruiting new sponsors. Previously, James held the role of Account Executive for the Fredericksburg Nationals and Rapid City Rush Professional, where successful ticket package sales were achieved through various outreach efforts. James also gained valuable experience as a Sales Assistant for the Port Charlotte Stone Crabs, a Video Scout Associate with Sports Info Solutions, and an intern with both Baseball Info Solutions and The Ripken Experience. James holds a Master of Science in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Siena College.
