Marcelo Escudero Vasquez

Marcelo Escudero Vasquez is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Executive Chef Culinary Director at Legends since April 2017, Marcelo has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from November 2014 to December 2017 and at Omni Hotels & Resorts from 2010 to May 2013. Early in the career, Marcelo also worked as Executive Sous Chef at Omni Hotels from September 2009 to March 2012. Marcelo holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotel & Restaurant University, completed in May 1998.
