Natalie Sufka

Natalie Sufka is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in concessions management. Currently serving as the Director of Concessions at Legends since October 2021, Natalie has held various positions including Senior Concessions Manager and Concessions Manager. Prior roles include managing premium food and beverage operations at Pepsi Center and overseeing multiple concessions locations for Levy Restaurants, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, inventory control, and labor budget compliance for major events. Early career experiences at Aramark, The Field Museum, and Holiday Inn provided foundational skills in staffing, customer service, and operational management. Natalie holds a BSBA in Hospitality Management from the University of Denver and has also pursued education at the University of Otago.
