Victor Knott

Victor Knott has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Legends since January 2015. Prior to this role, Victor was an Account Manager at MillerCoors, where responsibilities included managing the portfolio for over 120 restaurants and bars in the Saint Augustine area. Previous positions include Assistant Director/Retail Manager at Compass Group, Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants, and Operations Manager at Delaware North. Notable early career roles involved managing concessions operations for high-capacity venues, including the Carolina Hurricanes and Alltel Stadium. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Shepherd University, earned from 1994 to 1999.
