Heather Owen

Heather Owen is a seasoned professional with nearly 25 years of experience in market research, brand management, and communications. Presently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Leger since September 2019, Heather oversees teams in Central Canada, Alberta, and Vancouver, ensuring the delivery of customized research plans. Previously, Heather held senior roles at NRG Research Group, where responsibilities included leading corporate affairs, and at RBC, where contributions included brand development and community relations, notably involving the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Heather's leadership extends to the arts sector as a Board Member of Arts Umbrella, and as Co-Chair of the Honda Celebration of Light. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from Western University.
