Dominique Pomerleau

Dominique Pomerleau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of patent law and engineering. Currently serving as Principal, Engineer, and Patent Agent at ROBIC since May 2011, Dominique specializes in Process and Mechanical patents, with a focus on operations in Canada and the United States. Notably, in December 2023, ROBIC became part of the IPH Limited group. Prior experience includes a role as Patent Agent at Ogilvy Renault from 2003 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Metallurgy, as well as an Engineer’s Degree in Materials Sciences and Metallurgical Engineering, all obtained from Université Laval. Dominique also completed an International baccalaureate at Petit Seminaire de Québec and attended Mont St-Sacrement for high school education.
