Dan Sullivan

Dan Sullivan currently serves as Project Manager in Development Services at Leggat McCall Properties since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Senior Development Manager for WS Development from 2020 to June 2025, overseeing significant projects like the 707,000 SF mixed-use tower at One Boston Wharf Rd. Previous experience includes roles as Development Manager at KVAssociates, responsible for providing Owner's Project Management services on projects such as Unity Hall at WPI, and Assistant Project Manager at SigEp National Housing, which specializes in multifamily real estate. Dan's early career includes leadership positions within Sigma Phi Epsilon and an internship at Kadant. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed the SigEp Management Development Program at the University of Richmond.
