Karl Neubauer started their work experience at Leggat McCall Properties in 1997, where they held the position of Senior Vice President / Partner. Karl then moved on to Cisterra Partners, LLC in 2001, working as a Project Manager until 2003. Prior to that, they worked at CGS International as an Associate from 1994 to 1996.
Karl Neubauer began their education in 1982 at the University of Utah, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning. Karl attended the university from 1982 to 1986. Following their undergraduate studies, Neubauer continued their education at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. From 1986 to 1990, they completed a Master of Architecture degree, specializing in Architecture. Additionally, Neubauer attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1990, focusing on Real Estate Development.
