Rob Dickey has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Rob began their career at LaSalle Partners in 1986, where they worked in the Land Group and the Strategic Group. Rob then moved on to Northland Investment Corporation as a Vice President from 1988 to 1994. After that, Dickey joined Spaulding & Slye, where they became a Partner and the Managing Director of the Development Group. During their time at Spaulding & Slye from 1994 to 2006, they managed a team of over 30 employees and balanced their responsibilities between third-party client assignments and co-investment development projects. In 2006, Spaulding & Slye was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle, and Dickey became the Managing Director, overseeing development activities in New England, particularly for higher ed, healthcare, and corporate clients. In 2011, they joined Leggat McCall Properties LLC as an Executive Vice President and Partner. In this position, they co-manage the development group and services division and works with institutional, corporate, and investor clients on strategic real estate advisory assignments and development projects. Additionally, they are a National Board Member of Citizen Schools since 2008.
