Ted Finnerty

Ted Finnerty has a diverse work history that includes roles such as Senior Vice President/Partner at Leggat McCall Properties, Owner at EF55 Management, LLC, and various positions at JLL, including Vice President, Associate Director/Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Throughout their career, Ted has led complex project teams, executed interior lab R&D/cGMP builds, supported owners in infrastructure overhauls, and managed the transformation of the Empire State Building with energy efficient retro-fit measures. Their work at JLL resulted in a significant reduction in energy usage and carbon emissions.

Ted Finnerty attended Holderness School from 1997 to 2000 and received a high school diploma. Ted then pursued higher education at Dartmouth College from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Ted furthered their education at Columbia University from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Construction Administration and Management.
