Ted Finnerty has a diverse work history that includes roles such as Senior Vice President/Partner at Leggat McCall Properties, Owner at EF55 Management, LLC, and various positions at JLL, including Vice President, Associate Director/Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Throughout their career, Ted has led complex project teams, executed interior lab R&D/cGMP builds, supported owners in infrastructure overhauls, and managed the transformation of the Empire State Building with energy efficient retro-fit measures.
