Timothy Lombard

Timothy Lombard has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Timothy started their career in 2001 as a laborer at Turner Construction Company. In 2003, they worked at the Law Office of Frank and Lebwith as a Research and Filing employee. Lombard then joined Mass General Brigham as a Real Estate and Facilities Project Engineer in 2005. Timothy later moved to Leggat McCall Properties, where they held various positions including Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Vice President. In their roles at Leggat McCall Properties, Lombard worked on notable projects such as the expansion of Brigham & Women's Hospital and Harvard University's Science and Engineering Complex. Overall, Lombard has demonstrated expertise in project management, development, and construction in the healthcare and academic sectors.

Timothy Lombard's education history includes a Master of Science (M.S.) in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Facility Planning and Management, also from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
