Brayton Rand

Brayton Rand has extensive experience in business development and strategy, with a background in international trade and economics. Brayton has held various roles at Leggett & Platt, including Strategy Director, Manager for Strategy/Corporate Development, and Senior Analyst for Business Development. Prior to this, Brayton worked as a Business Development Volunteer at the Peace Corps, where Brayton advised local farmers and collaborated with economic development organizations. With a BSBA in International Economics and Business from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Missouri State University, Brayton continues to enhance their skills through executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
