Vincent Lyons

Vincent Lyons serves as the VP of Engineering and President of the Machinery & Technology Group at Leggett & Platt, where responsibilities include leading engineering and product development efforts, along with overseeing the development and manufacturing of various machinery. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Engineering & Product Development for Maytag's refrigeration division, Engineering Director & Business Unit Manager at Visteon, and Platform Manager roles at Lear Corporation and United Technologies Automotive. Vincent began a career at General Motors, progressing from a GM Scholar Intern to Senior Project Engineer, contributing to significant engineering achievements, including the first Whole Vehicle European Type Approval. Vincent holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
