Walter Jones

Walter Jones is an accomplished manufacturing leader with extensive experience in operations management. Since November 2016, Walter has held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing and General Manager at Leggett & Platt, a company recognized for its innovation and extensive global reach. Prior to this role, Walter served as Director at Fidelity Investments from November 1993 to November 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-shift operation and leading a team of 80 personnel, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Walter's earlier role as Sr. Manager at Fidelity involved managing day-to-day operations, driving performance standards, and spearheading quality initiatives. Educationally, Walter attended Thomas More University from 2003 to 2005 and completed general studies at Holmes High School from 1987 to 1991.
