Holly Kromm

Holly Kromm is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Coordinator at Cummings Resources since January 2024, Kromm also holds the position of Human Resources Shared Services Coordinator at Consilio LLC and Legility, roles assumed in January 2022 and May 2017, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Assistant at Tractor Supply Company from June 2011 to June 2015. Kromm earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between January 2007 and December 2009.
