Jackie Zaney is a Marketing Coordinator at Legion Brewing Company since March 2022, focusing on developing location-specific digital marketing content and enhancing brand identity across departments. Prior to this, Jackie worked as a bartender at Tavern On The Tracks from February 2021 to June 2023 and held several roles related to digital content marketing during academic pursuits at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). As a Digital Content Marketing Specialist for UNCW's Environmental Health & Safety department, responsibilities included executing strategic communication plans and creating informational materials. Additional experience includes an internship in marketing for UNCW Sustainability and a multi-channel marketing internship with NAMI, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and outreach strategies. Jackie holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Legion Brewing Company was born from the ethos that sharing good beer with friends is one of life’s great pleasures. That spirit of culture is alive in both our neighborhood here in Plaza Midwood, as well as at our second location in SouthPark! Legion Brewing’s goal is to be a constant uniting force of community and great beer here in the greater Charlotte, NC area. We are driven to push the boundaries of making innovative brews that taste of our many diverse influences. We do this using seasonally available, local Carolina and American ingredients in both traditional and innovative ways. At our core, every member of Legion Brewing recognizes that none of us got where we are today on our own. We stand on the shoulders of those who inspired, influenced, and taught us along the way.
