Michael Keller

Michael Keller currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Restaurant Operations at Legion Brewing Company, which was founded in 2015. Previously, Michael held multiple leadership roles at PDQ Restaurants from March 2010 to September 2023, including Director of International Franchise Development and Regional Director of Operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Chili's and Acropolis Greek Taverna as a Food Server, as well as serving as Closing Manager at Quiznos. Michael's education includes a degree in Culinary Arts from Central Piedmont Community College, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
