Bettina Crosby

Bettina Crosby, ANFI, currently serves as the Director of Flood Operations at Legion Claims since July 2020. Prior to this role, Bettina worked as an NFIP General Adjuster for Optimal Solutions and Technologies (OST), a FEMA Contractor, from June 2018 to July 2020. Bettina's extensive experience in flood operations includes a tenure as Flood Operations Manager at Worley Claims Services, where responsibilities encompassed account management, recruitment and training for adjusters and customer service staff, as well as consulting on flood policies. Bettina was also pivotal in revitalizing the flood department at Worley and served as an instructor for NFIP Adjuster Workshop Training. Earlier career roles include Regional Supervisor overseeing multiple Cat offices during the BP Deepwater Horizon response and various management positions focused on claims and operations management across several major companies.
