Joel Millage is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and DevSecOps. Currently serving as Principal DevSecOps Engineer at Legion, Joel focuses on architecting the Delivery platform for deploying the Agentic AI product to enterprise and government clients. As Owner/Developer at Beta Software Solutions, Joel has developed various applications, including the Brightlines Paper iPad app and the RideToSet Networking application suite. Previous roles include Principal Software Engineer at BCubed Engineering Corp, where Joel architected a comprehensive Kubernetes platform, and at KBR, Inc. / Centauri / IAI, leading global sensor network projects. Additionally, Joel held managerial and technical roles at Digital Signal Corporation and Shared Spectrum Company, showcasing expertise in software development, integration, and project leadership across various industries. Joel holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering from North Dakota State University.
