Misty D Waters has extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as Payroll Benefits Manager and Executive Assistant to the Maryland DoO at MISSION BBQ since December 2014. Concurrently, Misty holds the position of Key Manager at Outback Steakhouse, responsible for Front of House operations and takeaway and delivery management, a role maintained since July 2017. As an investor and co-owner of Legion M Entertainment, Inc. since July 2016, Misty collaborates with top Hollywood creators on various media projects. In addition to managerial roles, Misty is a USA Today Bestselling Author, writing as a self-employed novelist since January 2000 and represented by Nalini Akolekar at Spencerhill Associates. Past experience at Outback Steakhouse from May 2000 to June 2014 includes various roles such as JVP Admin, Computer Tech, Office Administrator, Assistant Manager, and Server/Bartender. Education includes completion of Aptos High School.
