Matt Jones

Matt Jones, CFA is currently serving as the Minister of Jobs, Economy and Trade, Minister of Affordability and Utilities, and Minister of Children's Services for the Government of Alberta. Prior to their political career, Matt worked as a Director at Whitehorn Merchant Capital Inc. where Matt specialized in financing, sale of business, and acquisitions. Matt also has experience as an M&A Associate at Corplan Advisors Inc. Matt holds a B.Comm from the Haskayne School of Business.
