Katy Earl

Katy Earl is an experienced Library Systems Analyst at the Legislative Library of British Columbia, providing support for systems that enhance various library functions. Previous roles include Systems Assistant at the same library, where database design and web application development were key responsibilities. Katy has a background in digital marketing, increasing brand awareness for multiple companies, and has also held positions in communications and administrative support at organizations such as Elections BC and STR-SpeechTech Ltd. Additional experience includes teaching English at Hsing Wu University and various volunteer roles. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the University of Victoria and a Diploma in Computer Technology from Camosun College.
