Laura Ferreira

Laura Ferreira is a skilled legislative professional currently serving as Legislative Manager and previously as Legislative Coordinator at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since November 2021. With a strong background in external relations and communications gained as an Associate at Bast Fibre Technologies Inc. from August 2020 to November 2021, Laura also has experience as a Parliamentary Assistant in the Office of Elizabeth May M.P. at the House of Commons of Canada from November 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, Laura coordinated national campaign events for the Green Party of Canada in 2019 and held roles at Canmore Golf and Curling Club between 2012 and 2016, including Assistant Tournament Coordinator. Laura Ferreira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria.
