Prior to this role, Muhtadian held various management positions at PT MAJU MAPAN YIC, SaladStop! Indonesia, PT. Multirasa Nusantara, PT Griya Miesejati (Bakmi GM), and KFC Indonesia, demonstrating a strong background in operations management and strategic development. Muhtadian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Institut Ilmu Sosial & Ilmu Politik (IISIP) Jakarta in April 2003.
