Charles currently serves as the Commercial Director at Enate Ltd, where they are responsible for closing deals and promoting the company's values. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant and Partner at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Ltd, specializing in IT law and LegalTech vendors. Charles also founded Drayson Law Ltd, where they served as the Director, focusing on providing innovative B2B contract solutions. Charles has held positions at Ceridian as the Company Secretary & General Counsel, Andersen Legal as a Partner, Eversheds as a Senior Associate, Clyde & Co LLP as a Solicitor, and Hogan Lovells as a Solicitor specializing in Shipping and International Trade. Charles Drayson attended Moulsham High School from 1979 to 1986, where they received their A' Levels in Physics, Maths (Pure & Applied), Chemistry, and Electronics. After that, they enrolled at Aberystwyth University from 1987 to 1990, earning their LLB degree with a focus on Law. Following their undergraduate studies, Charles pursued further legal education at the College of Law, Guildford from 1990 to 1991, completing their Law Society Finals.
