Richard Hill

Richard Hill is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Legl since November 2025, Richard previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at ThoughtRiver, where AI-driven solutions streamlined contract review processes. Richard's tenure as Chief Technology Officer at Celaton saw the development of an award-winning SaaS platform, while also securing significant funding. Other notable roles include Technical Director at Aqumen, where Richard managed offshore delivery for global projects, and Head of Software Development at Netstore, where key product milestones were achieved. Richard's career began in software consulting at Millar Management Systems and progressed through pivotal roles at RedRock Software, where significant innovations were launched. Richard holds a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Chester.
