Vadym Kuzmenko

Vadym Kuzmenko is a seasoned professional in the field of legal technology and AI, currently serving as the Legal Engineering Lead at Legora since September 2025, where efforts focus on building an advanced Legal AI product. Alongside this role, Vadym operates as an Ambassador for the European Legal Technology Association in Germany and contributes as a Legal AI Expert for the AI Legal Club, creating educational resources related to AI in the legal sector. Previous experience includes a position as a Senior LegalTech/AI Solution Engineer at Noerr, where Vadym developed and implemented AI solutions, as well as optimizing internal processes as a Legal Operations Expert. Vadym has also held positions including Head of Legal Engineering at Flank, leading automation projects, and Guest Lecturer at both Technische Hochschule Wildau and Universität Hamburg, sharing insights on launching legal tech startups and reshaping the legal system with technology. Vadym holds a Diplom in Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, along with foundational studies in humanities from Freie Universität Berlin.
