Brent Eckerley

Brent Eckerley has a strong background in engineering and product development. Brent currently holds the position of Director of Product Engineering at Legrand AV, a role they began in August 2022. Before joining Legrand AV, Brent worked as the New Product Engineering Manager at POLYWOOD from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Product Development and Engineering at Flexsteel Industries Inc. from July 2020 to December 2021. Brent also has extensive experience in leadership roles, including as the VP of Engineering and Operations at Par-Kan Company from 2016 to 2020, where they oversaw various departments and led the company to profitable performance. Brent also worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Koenig Equipment from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Brent worked in roles such as Project Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, Program Manager at NIBCO INC., Quality Supervisor/Engineer at Lear Corporation, Engineering Manager at Briggs Industries, and Sr. Product Designer at Ford Meter Box.

Brent Eckerley holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Huntington University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Certificate in Project Management from the American Management Association. Later in 2012, they also obtained a Certificate in Accelerated Innovation from Solution People.
