Cherjay Thao

Cherjay Thao is an Applications Engineer at Legrand AV since June 2023, with prior experience as a Product Development Engineer at SICO, where significant improvements in project documentation and processes were achieved. Previously, Cherjay served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Milestone AV Technologies, successfully managing design development and cost improvement projects that enhanced profit margins. Earlier experience includes a Manufacturing Engineer Intern role at Life Fitness, where standardization proposals were developed in collaboration with the quality department, and a leadership position at the Hmong Culture and Language Program, where fundraising initiatives were coordinated to benefit the community. Cherjay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
