Heather Petrich

Heather Petrich, PMP, CX-PRO, is an experienced CX and Marketing Project Manager currently employed at Legrand AV since September 2018, where key responsibilities include leading the planning of meetings, events, and tradeshows, and improving operational efficiency for both the CX team and the sales team. Prior roles at Milestone AV Technologies involved similar event management responsibilities, along with overseeing international and domestic new product introduction (NPI) projects. Earlier professional experiences include inventory analysis and replenishment coordination at Regis Corporation, teaching English in South Korea, and serving as an assistant manager at Walgreens.
