Leslie Kinsman

Leslie Kinsman has a wealth of experience in marketing and leadership roles. Leslie is currently employed as the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience at Legrand AV. Prior to this, they held various positions at Andersen Corporation, including Senior Director in Home Improvement and Architect, Senior Director in Home Improvement, Senior Director in Marketing for the Andersen Division, and Business Director in the Windows Business Unit. Before joining Andersen Corporation, Leslie worked at Land O'Lakes as a Marketing Manager in the Foodservice channel. Leslie also held the position of Director of Product Management at Herman Miller and Senior Marketing Manager at Whirlpool Corporation. Leslie began their career at Moen Inc. as a Marketing Manager in Bath products. Throughout their career, Leslie has exhibited strong leadership and strategic skills, driving growth and success in each role they have held.

Leslie Kinsman has an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, Leslie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
