Ulla Poutiainen

Ulla Poutiainen serves as the Country Manager for Legrand Finland Oy since January 2021, overseeing sales and sales support functions in Finland. Prior to this role, Ulla held various leadership positions at Ensto, including Sales Director and Head of Customer Experience, where responsibilities encompassed sales development, key account management, and enhancing customer experience. Ulla's earlier experience includes roles at Schneider Electric as Channel Director and Marketing Director, managing marketing strategies and P&L across different channels. Ulla’s early career featured positions at Ensto in marketing management and communications, as well as consultancy work at Kreab and entrepreneurship with Design Motor Oy. Ulla holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the Turku School of Economics.
