Florence Petit

Florence Petit has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Florence currently serves as the Country Head - Supply Chain Management at Legrand (India) since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Weatherford as the Regional Logistics Manager - Sub-Sahara Africa from January 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they successfully managed logistics operations in 11 countries, resolved customs-related issues, and oversaw demobilization operations. Before Weatherford, Florence held positions at Necotrans, where they served as the Freight Forwarding Manager for the Congo Branch and later became the Country Head - India. During their tenure at Necotrans, they implemented a complete reorganization of the freight-forwarding department, increased market share for industrial project cargo, and established the company's presence in India. Florence also has prior experience as an entrepreneur and worked as an International Purchasing Consultant at Business Overseas.

Florence Petit's education history is as follows:

From 2005 to 2008, Florence attended NEOMA Business School and obtained a Master's degree.

Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Université Paris-Sorbonne and earned another Master's degree in Philosophy.

From 2000 to 2002, Florence attended Lycée Henry IV, where they pursued Hypokhâgne/Khâgne and studied Literature/Humanities.

In addition to their academic degrees, Florence also holds several certifications. In October 2020, they obtained a Lean Leadership skills, Lean Culture & Lean Management certification from the Institute for Leadership Excellence. Florence also received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG during the same month.

Furthermore, they acquired further certifications in 2022. In May 2022, Florence obtained the Kaizen basics for warehousing certification from Kaizen Institute Global. In April 2022, they obtained the Kaizen basics for office certification from the same institution.
