Nisha Samuel

Nisha Samuel is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Legrand (India), Nisha oversees the HR function for the group and aligns people strategies with organizational growth. Previously, Nisha held multiple senior HR roles at Clariant, focusing on strategic business partnering and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Prior to Clariant, Nisha served as Vice President of Human Resources at CHRYSO INDIA, where HR strategies were developed to support the company's growth in the construction chemicals sector. Nisha's earlier positions include significant HR functions at Dow Performance Silicones and Eastman Kodak Company, where successful integration and change management initiatives were led. Nisha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Advanced Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and English from St. Joseph's College for Women, Visakhapatnam.
