Prashant also worked as a Senior Engineer at Aurangabad Electricals Pvt Ltd, specializing in tool room manufacturing and die maintenance. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Operations Research from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
