Melissa Jablonski

Melissa Jablonski has over 25 years of work experience in operations and supply chain management. Melissa is currently the Vice President of Operations at Legrand since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Integrated DNA Technologies from January 2022 to September 2022. Melissa also worked at Danaher Corporation as an Operations Executive from March 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Operations at Aptiv from 2018 to 2020 and held various other roles within the company. Melissa also gained experience at Delphi, Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, HSS Material Management, Zeledyne Glass, Setech Inc., and Delphi earlier in their career, where they held several positions in operations and supply chain management.

Melissa Jablonski earned a BA in Liberal Arts from Grand Valley State University in 1995. Melissa later pursued a Masters of Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan-Flint, which they completed in 2005. Melissa also obtained additional certifications, including "Automotive Aftermarket: Leadership 2.0" from Northwood University in March 2014. Melissa also holds a "Black Belt: 6 Sigma" certification from Brigham Young.
