Paavo Ritala

Paavo Ritala has gained extensive work experience throughout their career. Paavo began working as a Salesman and Team Leader at K-rauta hardware stores in 1997. Paavo then joined Rautakesko Oy in 2003, where they held roles as a Category Adviser and later as a Product Manager. During this time, they had responsibilities in product management, category management, sales management, and consumer sales.

In 2008, Ritala joined Ensto as a DIY Area Sales Manager, responsible for sales to K-rauta and Rautia stores in Finland. Paavo later became a Product Manager for DIY and trading, followed by the role of International Product Deployment Manager, where they focused on product offerings and launch development.

Ritala held various positions within Ensto, including Manager of Product Management and Development for lighting solutions, Marketing Director for Ensto Lighting Business Unit, Sales Director for the Export market, and Head of Marketing for Ensto Group Business Units and countries. Paavo was also a Sales Director for the retail channel of Ensto-branded products.

In 2021, Ritala became the Director of Marketing and Communications for Ensto Building Systems, a brand of Legrand. In this role, they were responsible for leading marketing and communications efforts and was a member of the management team.

In 2023, Ritala joined Legrand as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Legrand Nordic Zone. Here, they oversaw market and competitor intelligence, sales support, and portfolio management for various countries and regions.

Overall, Ritala has demonstrated a strong background in marketing, communications, sales, and product management throughout their career.

Paavo Ritala completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International B2B Marketing at LAUREA University of Applied Sciences in 2006.
