They manage the entire supply chain, from warehousing and inventory control to transportation and distribution, leveraging Legro’s own transport company and extensive peat fields. This team ensures timely delivery and efficient logistics to meet the specific needs of growers, while continuously improving processes to enhance operational efficiency.
