Nick Mazzarella

Nicholas J. Mazzarella, MBA, CMCA, PCAM, LSM is currently the Regional Vice President - Eastern Region at Associa since November 2017. Prior to this, Nicholas served as President & CEO, Executive Vice President at CMC from July 2010 to November 2017. With experience dating back to 2003, Nicholas has a wealth of knowledge in management services, marketing, and expertise in age-restricted communities. With a background in business administration, Nicholas has also been a successful entrepreneur/owner of various businesses in the past.
