Izhar Dekel יזהר דקל

Izhar Dekel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee at iArgento since 2021, Izhar has held the position of CEO at TELDOR Cables & Systems Ltd from 2009 until late 2020, overseeing operations, business development, and strategic planning for a company with an annual turnover of NIS 300 million. Complementing these roles, Izhar is also a board member at Lehavot Advance Fire Protection Systems and Arim - Urban Development Company Ltd, where the latter plays a significant role in municipal infrastructure development for the State of Israel. Previously, Izhar was the CEO of Magal Security Systems from 1984 to 2008, leading acquisitions and financial operations. Izhar holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
