Cécile Grondin has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 to 2022. Cécile worked as a Receptionist at Crowne Plaza Hotel from November 2016 to June 2017. From July 2019 to June 2020, they served as a Sustainability and Quality Development Coordinator at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu. In 2020, they worked as a Night/Receptionist at Groupe Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs / Radisson Blue from June to September. Cécile then joined Netatmo in January 2021 as a Junior Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for recruiting for various positions and sourcing on different platforms. Currently, they are working at LeHibou since September 2022 as a Talent Acquisition IT/Match Maker.

Cécile obtained a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from ISEFAC R.H. between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) in International Hospitality Management at Taylor's University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 2017 to 2019.

Before pursuing their Master's degree, Cécile obtained a Complementary Bachelor's degree in Front Desk Relations from Lycée des Métiers de l'Hôtellerie et du Tourisme in Toulouse, France, which they completed between 2016 and 2017.

Cécile also holds a Licence de Commerce in Relations et Affaires Internationales from Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena in Spain, which they acquired from 2015 to 2016.

Cécile began their higher education journey by earning a Licentiate Degree in Business Administration from IUT de La Réunion (University Institute of Technology - Reunion Island) between 2013 and 2015.
