Dr. Sandra Joseph

Dr. Sandra Joseph is an experienced educational leader specializing in special education and instructional support. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Specialized Instruction at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute since October 2021, Dr. Joseph collaborates with administration and staff to meet the needs of students requiring specialized instructional services. Previous roles include Supervisor of Special Education at Emmaus High School within the East Penn School District and Supervisor of Elementary Special Education in the Bethlehem Area School District, where responsibilities spanned supervising special education programs and staff. Early career experiences include serving as a special education teacher within various school districts, providing support and programs for students with special needs. Dr. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary & Special Education from Kutztown University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Wilkes University, and recently completed a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with Superintendent's Letter at Delaware Valley University.
