Liesel Gross

Liesel Gross has a diverse work experience in various roles. Liesel started their career as a Copy Editor at The Express-Times in 1995 and worked there until 1996. Liesel then moved to Government Employees Benefit Association, Inc. where they worked in Membership Relations from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, Liesel joined Lehigh County Authority and held multiple positions, including Public Relations Coordinator from 1998 to 2006, Customer Care & Communications Manager from 2006 to 2013, and Chief Administrative Officer from 2013 to 2016. Liesel is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Lehigh County Authority. Throughout their career, Liesel has demonstrated expertise in managing customer care, communications programs, and organizational effectiveness.

Liesel Gross pursued their education at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Public Relations. Continuing their academic journey, they earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, from 2006 to 2008.
