Lazaro Bravo Jr. has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Lazaro started their career in 2002 with the United States Air Force, serving at both the David Grant Medical Center and the Wilford Hall Medical Center. In 2008, they joined CRMC as a Staff Pulmonologist and worked there until 2010. Lazaro then moved on to Lehigh Regional Medical Center, where they held the position of Staff Pulmonologist and later became the Chief of Medicine in 2015. In 2016, they joined Lee Memorial Health System as a Staff Pulmonologist, Intensivist, and Sleep Specialist. Later in the same year, they also joined Promise Healthcare as a Staff Pulmonologist/Intensivist.

Lazaro Bravo Jr. earned their MD degree in Medical Doctor from San Pedro de Macoris during the years 1979 to 1983.
