Abby Boos-Berkes

Abby Boos-Berkes, MBA, currently serves as the Administrator for Employee and Occupational Health and Administrator for Ambulatory Operations at Lehigh Valley Health Network since July 2023. Additionally, Abby holds the position of Senior Fellow at the Enterprise Systems Center at Lehigh University, starting in January 2024. As an advisory board member for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Richmond since February 2022 and for the Customer Experience program at The George Washington University School of Business from November 2021 to February 2022, Abby contributes significant expertise in customer experience. Previous roles include Administrator for Employer Services and Specialty Practices at Coordinated Health, Senior Director of Occupational Health and Primary Care, and Director at BAYADA Home Health Care. Abby's career began as a Management Trainee at Cintas and included various leadership positions at Concentra. Academically, Abby holds an MBA in Business and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
