Chris Halladay serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Lehigh University since January 2015 and also works as an Independent Consultant specializing in Higher Education Leadership Development since 2005. With a rich background at Cornell University from 1999 to 2015, Chris held various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President for Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Director for Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development and workforce policy. Earlier in the career, Chris was the Director of Organizational Development at Western Washington University from 1989 to 1999. Chris holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University, earned between 1980 and 1987.
